Ed Gappa
I am a photographer that has a BS in physics. This is an uncommon combination, but it has served me well as I have a good understanding of light. I work full time as a Test Engineer. This at times results in a scheduling conflict for daytime weekday hours. However, evenings and most weekends can be scheduled for a photo session. I mention this up front so that if you have reservations or are on a tight schedule, I am limited to evenings and weekends. What I do offer that others do not is that I am willing to get to know you or the person being photographed so that we can capture you. I want to get the image of the person as they want to be captured. I have a small studio that I can set up or I can go on location to capture the image.

More plans ahead
2015 will be full of projects. I'll be working with young athletes again, taking some more senior portraits, landscape, wildlife and working on some art projects with some talented models.
New Ground
2014 became busy. I started taking pictures of young athletes, senior portraits, landscapes, wildlife, and continued to refine my skills as an all around photographer.
Low Light
In 2013 I spent working on night photography and landscape photography. I also worked as an assistant photographer for multiple wedddings.

Athletes
I take team and individual pictures of athletes. Please email me for a current pricelist and options of available pictures. Memory Mates, 5x7's, 8x10's, and buttons are staples on the order form.
Family
I have a small studio that I can set up in my house or I can go on location. I'll work with you to find a fun way to capture your family.
Senior Pictures
I do not have pre-defined poses or locations that i use for all senior pictures. I limit the number of clients that I take so that I can take the time to get the images that capture the senior. I'll work with the senior and parents to find the correct locations and images that they would like to capture.
Wedding
I am available on a limited basis for weddings and usually book up early. Please contact me for availability and pricing.
